Welcome to the Online Training website for Whaley Personal Training!

 Online Training allows you to

  1. Workout on your schedule
  2. Get all the expertise of a Certified Personal Trainer at an affordable price (one month of online training costs about the same as a single in-person training session)
  3. Train at home, the office, the gym, or while you travel

There are two Online Personal Training options to choose from depending on the level of support you wish to have.  Video demonstrations will ensure that you are performing exercises correctly.  Your workout routine will show you exactly what to do every week including the amount of weight you should use, number of repetitions, number of sets, rest time, and training days.  Print out your workouts so you can view them anytime, anywhere.  Track your weekly exercise routines with the workout log provided.  Then, just click a button and the tracking log will be sent directly to your personal trainer.  Your trainer will know exactly what you did, how it went and any questions you might have.

Training both In-Person and Online allows you to

  1. Transition into working out on your own
  2. Stay on track with your workouts while you travel

For those of you who currently train with Whaley PT (or another trainer) in-person, online training provides another great tool for your success.  Maybe you have to train while you travel or maybe you are transitioning into doing more workouts on your own.  Whatever the case, you will have access to a huge exercise library so that if you ever have any questions about how to do a move, you can quickly look it up.  Plus, you will also have access to valuable fitness articles and tips.
